A test kit for taking the sample is sent to you after payment is received for the desired test or tests.

Instructions are provided on taking the sample and once this is done the sample is sent by you to the laboratory in Germany. To ensure a timely receipt of the sample by the lab the sample is sent by courier service. The packaging and documentation for this are also provided and the cost of the courier is included in the kit.

The results are returned to Biological Testing Service Ireland for translation and preparation of the test report which includes a detailed letter of explanation of the results. This is then sent out to you by email.

With your laboratory results you will get a detailed explanatory letter as attachments by email. If you feel you need more help, you are welcome to book a private consultation where we will discuss your findings with you in depth. However, because we do not know your medical details, Biological Testing Service Ireland is legally not permitted to give you therapy recommendations. On request, we will recommend experienced therapists who can help you to find the therapy for you.

Please be aware that our lab tests do not include free therapy recommendations.
