Ordering & Payment

Please order your test kit through our online shop – all payments are handled through Stripe. Please note, you MUST include your address with your order. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, cheque or postal order through our online shop.

Delivery

Once we have received your payment, your kit will be prepared and posted off to you within 1-2 working days. Your kit contains all the materials necessary for sampling and safely sending the sample to the lab. It includes easy to follow step by step instructions for the whole process. Our courier DHL will pick up the sample from anywhere in the Republic of Ireland (other locations may be available on request), and they will safely ship all samples over to our laboratory in Germany (EU law forbids biological samples being sent by Air Mail). 

What happens when the results are ready?

The results will normally be ready within a fortnight after sending it off with the courier. You will receive your results via password encrypted files attached to an email. They contain a lab report (Table of results and normal ranges) and a letter of explanation (What that means for your health). Only if specifically requested a copy is sent by post. If you feel you want more help, you are welcome to email (or call) us and we will discuss your findings with you. However, because we do not know your medical details, Biological Testing Service Ireland is legally not permitted to give you therapy recommendations. On request we can recommend some experienced qualified therapists to you. They can help you than with the right therapy based on the results. Please be aware that those therapists work independent of Biological Testing Service Ireland and therefore have to paid separately.
