Refunds and updates to your order

Refund policy

If you have paid and ordered a test and you do not want to go ahead with it after all, you can apply for a refund. We will refund your test price fully as long as we have not dispatched your kit. Up to 28 days after your order date (payment received) we refund the full price minus €20.00 admin fee for each posted test kit. If you cancel your test later than 28 days but before 6 months after the order date, we will refund 50% of your test price. All tests cancelled later than 6 months after the order date cannot be refunded.

Refunds will be paid once you have returned the complete unused kit back to us (At your own cost of the current small packet postage). No refund at all can be paid once you have used the kit, regardless of whether you have sent it or not or if you keep some of the materials.

How long is the test kit valid?

Test kits are valid as they are for 3 month. At the end of the 3 month you can reactivate it once for a further 3 month free of charge, by requesting a new DHL airway bill/ shipping label for your kit.

Replacement sample tube can be ordered for €10.

Can I update my order after I have paid for my kit?

Yes if the kit hasn’t been shipped yet the test can be added at the price as per customised pricelist.

Can I update my order after my test kit has posted off?

Yes, depends on the type of test if no extra material need we add the new test as per customised pricelist for additional materials an additional charge of €10 is addended.

Can I order more tests after the samples have been send off?

Yes, additional tests can be order till the day the sample have arrive in the lab. If enough sample material has been sent and if the test can be carried out from the type of samples which have been sent.
